We are very excited to shoot another set of food series for M1NT. Previously we shot a series of food dishes with a plain white table cloth achieving a clean cut result. This time the client is asking us to bring a moodier atmosphere into the picture. We changed the location that blocked most of the natural light. We needed a lot of more texture in the background thus the client provided us stone plate that had an amazing texture. The initial set up of the light took a while, but when it was set up, things went pretty smooth and we are able to achieve excellent results though there is always more time needed to obtain a perfect shot but we had to work under certain time restriction. The best part of this shoot is that we get to taste the dishes after the shoot is done. That’s the best dinner you can get!
